We are on the lookout for a Wedding Planner to join our passionate, detail-driven events team.
Your Role & Responsibilities
01 Planning
Bespoke, luxury weddings at one of our stunning venues
02 Vision
Working hand-in-hand with couples to bring their vision to life
03 Collaborating
With our award-winning styling and kitchen teams
04 Processing
New enquiries and onboarding clients into our systems
05 Guiding
Leading planning meetings and guiding couples throughout their journey
06 Administration
Chasing forms and gathering key event details in a timely manner
07 Tastings
Planning and hosting tasting events with precision and flair
08 Handovers
Creating detailed event briefings and handing over to our operations team

Skills & Qualifications
We’re looking for someone grounded, practical and bursting with ideas. You know what works, what wows, and how to get it done.
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in wedding or event planning (preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A meticulous eye for detail and a collaborative approach
- Proficiency in Office 365; knowledge of Tripleseat is a plus
- Access to your own transport (our HQ is in a rural location)
- Confidence under pressure and a calm, solutions-led mindset
- The ability to manage multiple events and client portfolios
- A genuine love for weddings and client care
