Today, we’re still a family-run business with a commitment to outstanding customer service at our heart. Since our very first event over 10 years ago, we have established a reputation for an inventive approach to food and meticulous attention to detail.

Jen Middlehurst

With an eye for style, Jen provides the creative flair that's at the heart of Kalm Kitchen. Her philosophy of exceeding people’s dreams is what sets the business apart, and she thrives on capturing a vision and bringing it to life. Jen’s personal approach shines throughout the close-knit team she has created.

James Middlehurst

James trained at the Tante Marie Culinary Academy, before honing his skills on high profile events. Since establishing Kalm Kitchen with his partner Jen in 2008, he has had the same, straightforward approach to food; select the best available ingredients and add just enough magic to allow them to shine.

Client Services Manager, Lara brings endless experience and enthusiasm to the business. Overseeing our client journey, she ensures that we capture the essence of our clients day. A country girl at heart, in her downtime you can find her on her family’s dairy farm in Dorset.

Head of Sales Pete, brings passion and enthusiasm to everything he does. He joined our team in 2017 as an Event Manager and understands every aspect of the event and wedding industry.

Head Chef, Rich's passion for food is matched by his seemingly endless energy. New to Kalm Kitchen in 2021, Rich brings the skills and enthusiasm needed for a busy season ahead.

Helen is behind much of the baking and patisserie. The office team adore her, as she supplies the most delicious ‘off cut’ goodie box from all of her tray bakes!

Our behind the scenes heroes, husband and wife team John and Eugenia keep Kalm Kitchen clean, tidy and operationally smooth! They manage the servicing of all our kit and keep the organisation spic and span!
