This summer, Kalm Kitchen brought its signature style of service to The British Motor Show at Farnborough International Exhibition & Conference Centre.
While the spotlight was on world-class cars, we focused on creating a different kind of showcase: hospitality that made each chalet experience as memorable as the event itself.

The Chalet Experience
Across three days, our team created food moments designed to fuel guests throughout a packed schedule of exhibitions and entertainment. Each chalet was styled with care and stocked with everything needed for a seamless hospitality experience.
From early morning coffee and pastries to set the day in motion, to seasonal grazing lunches paired with a glass of wine or beer, our menus were designed to fuel conversations and moments of connection. Afternoon cakes and freshly baked scones added a touch of indulgence, offering a sweet close to the day’s activities.

Selection of three brioche rolls — Ham & mustard, Egg & mayo, Smoked salmon & cream cheese — Yoghurt pots with seasonal fruit compote & house granola — Fruit bowl — Croissant, Pain au chocolat, Cinnamon buns
03 Grazing Lunch
Devilled chicken with chipotle mayo & baby gem sandwich — Roast beef and horseradish sandwich — Roasted seasonal squash, bulgar wheat, tahini — Cous-cous, tamarind yoghurt, torn herbs & pomegranate
04 Afternoon Tea
Mini Freshly baked raisin & apple scone with Devonshire clotted cream and local strawberry preserve — Mini Carrot cake with cream cheese frosting
