At Kalm Kitchen, we believe the smallest details often have the biggest impact. Every element is carefully considered to help our guests feel relaxed, comfortable and at home, from the ingredients on the plate to the spaces we create.
That philosophy extends to the tableware we use across our Kalm Club venues. Rather than choosing off-the-shelf ceramics, we partnered with Surrey Ceramics to create bespoke collections that reflect the calm, welcoming feel at the heart of Kalm Club.

Supporting local makers has always been important to us and forms part of the wider commitments we make as a certified B Corp business, which made Surrey Ceramics a natural choice.
Being based close to our own business, they not only offer a reliable, high-quality service, but share our appreciation for craftsmanship and thoughtful design. Their handmade ceramics have a beautifully earthy, organic quality that perfectly complements our aesthetic, while being robust enough to withstand the demands of a busy hospitality environment.
Their collaborative approach also made them feel like an extension of our own team, working alongside us to bring our vision to life without compromising on quality or longevity.
Inspired by the Feeling of Home
Every Kalm Club collection starts with a simple idea of how do we want people to feel?
“Our inspiration has always been a sense of feeling at home,” explains our founder Jen. “Creating pieces that bring comfort, familiarity and ease into everyday moments.”
Every design choice comes back to that idea of feeling at home. With earthy colours, clean lines and a handcrafted finish, the collection is understated but full of character. They’re designed to bring a sense of warmth to the table, complementing both the food they’re served on and the spaces they’re used in.
Crafted for Kalm Club
The ceramics we use are there to be lived with. They showcase the food, of course, but they also become part of the whole dining experience. Because every piece is handmade, no two are exactly alike. The subtle differences in shape, glaze and texture are what give the collection its character.
As Kalm Club grows, we will continue working with Surrey Ceramics to create collections for future venues. While each range will have its own identity, they will all be rooted in the same principles that inspired the first collection: craftsmanship, quality and creating spaces that feel like home
