Set high on a hill, surrounded by organic farmland, Chalk Barn looks out across the rolling Wiltshire countryside. Inside, vast windows and a vaulted ceiling flood the space with light. The architecture, intentionally minimal, draws your eye outside – to nature, to space, to something still.

It is here that we begin a new chapter. Kalm Kitchen is proud to become the sole catering partner at Chalk Barn. A place where sustainability, beauty, and authenticity are not only welcomed, but expected.

We first came together through a shared love of meaningful, creative events. Chalk Barn’s team, led by the Wookey family, pour care and consideration into everything they do. There is a deep-rooted respect for people and planet here – an ethos that echoes through every detail, from the solar-powered kitchen to the organic wines behind the bar.

A Sustainable Vision

Chalk Barn is part of the Rushall Organics Estate, one of the first farms in the country to go fully organic. Today, the barn is powered by solar panels and a biomass boiler, and is a natural extension of its surroundings. Events held here leave a lighter footprint — without compromising on style or comfort.

Rooted in Legacy

Built by the Wookey family in 2019 on the site of an old thatched barn, Chalk carries a sense of legacy. Every decision made here is grounded in integrity and care. Weddings, parties, and corporate gatherings unfold in a space that holds history in its walls.

From the long approach drive to the warm welcome at the doors, there is a sense of calm that settles in at Chalk. Inside, a curated simplicity makes space for creativity, for expression, and for the moment to feel just as it should.
