A Standout Year for Kalm Kitchen: Our 2025 Highlights

As we reflect on 2025, we’re incredibly proud of what the Kalm Kitchen team has achieved over the past year.

From large-scale events and creative projects to personal milestones and shared successes, it’s been a year of growth, collaboration and great food. This blog brings together our highlights and the moments that made 2025 such a special year for us.

As we look back on 2025, it’s clear that it’s been a year of growth, change and some genuinely proud moments across Kalm Kitchen.

To reflect on the year, we asked members of the team to share their highlights. The moments that stood out, felt meaningful or marked an important step forward. Here’s a look back at 2025 through their eyes.

Big Moments

2025 was a year where Kalm Kitchen pushed boundaries and delivered at scale, taking on complex, high-profile events and strengthening relationships with long-standing and new partners alike.

Helen highlighted several standout corporate events, including the British Motor Show at Farnborough Airport, which marked a unique opportunity to deliver something entirely different within a complex venue, and a second large-scale showroom event with C.P. Hart at their London flagship store, which was an exciting step forward in Kalm Kitchen’s corporate offering.

For Frankie, achieving B Corp certification was a major milestone, alongside partnering with an incredible range of organisations including The Pop-Up Hotel, The Grange Festival, Nocturn Live, Aston Martin, Omaze, AALTO Productions and VUE. The first year at LIMEKILN and Plumpton Racecourse also proved to be a real success and something to be hugely proud of

Andrew reflected on what was a defining year for the business as a whole. 2025 marked a clear shift in direction, moving from being seen primarily as a wedding caterer to an event caterer with weddings as a key part of the mix. This shift was reinforced by major projects like Pop-Up Hotel, where delivering at Glastonbury and Silverstone proved the team’s ability to operate in challenging, unfamiliar environments while maintaining exceptional standards.

One particularly important event delivered towards the end of the year represented a true milestone for Kalm Kitchen. Recognition built on nearly two decades of work and a powerful reminder of the trust clients place in the team. More than securing the event, it was the quality of delivery and the feedback received that made it such a proud moment for everyone involved.

Proud Moments

Across weddings and venue-based events, consistency and care continued to shine.

At Millbridge Court, Ashley reflected on a year of growth, from being trusted to take full ownership of the creative direction, to the continued success of Dinner Date Nights and the introduction of new stations and concepts. Highlights also included the Gather & Grow networking event, which showcased the venue in a new light beyond weddings.

Molly echoed this sentiment, sharing highlights from the Dinner Date Nights, the strong sense of community built among the team, and the meaningful feedback received from couples.

Some of Dan’s standout moments from the year, included an incredible wedding at Pylewell Park and getting to be a part of Nocturn Festival, both of which brought energy, fun and unforgettable guest experiences. The beautiful feedback received from couples following weddings was a reminder of the impact the team has on such important days.

Personal Moments

Alongside events, 2025 was also about growth on a personal level.

Helen shared how meaningful it was to return from maternity leave and feel fully supported by the team while navigating a new role as a working mum. Hayley reflected on her first full year working in the office after transitioning from event management, alongside enjoying team incentives, training days and moments that brought everyone together outside of work.

Jordan highlighted a year of rapid development, building corporate sales experience and being promoted to Senior Sales Manager. Working and developing new relationships with key clients, as well as attending the high-production VUE Wicked event, were all highlights for her.

One final highlight for Ashley was the impact of moving offices and working more closely as one team, a change that helped strengthen collaboration across the business.

As 2025 comes to a close, it’s clear that the year has laid strong foundations for what’s to come.

With new venues coming online, growing momentum across corporate and event work, and a committed, talented team in place, there’s a real sense of excitement for the years ahead.

Most of all, 2025 has been about the people, their dedication, creativity and care. And it’s those qualities that will continue to shape Kalm Kitchen in the years to come.

A huge thank you to everyone who helped to make 2025 the best year yet.
