First of all, I wanted to say thank you to yourself and team Kalm for supporting myself and Toby through the planning process, food was such an important element to both of us. I searched for weeks for the right caterer, looking through many menus, and sorting through Instagram posts to find our perfect match!

From our tasting, I felt so at ease that I knew we were in for a treat! I remember one of my initial calls with Guy, where I asked, if it was normal to book a caterer without tasting the food, as in what would happen if I didn’t like it… Guy simply said “Don’t worry about that at all, you will love it” that was a huge amount of confidence, but he wasn’t wrong!

And for the big day, we owe our eternal gratitude to Dan, he is a true gem and I have had so many people come up to me since the wedding to say how on it he was. Anything we needed, anything we asked, Dan helped. I personally don’t drink but Dan and his team never left my glass empty, extremely attentive. We have received endless comments about how great the food was, how impeccable the service was and how intimate each guest felt. I have a lot of family who work in the food service industry and to have them be so impressed was a fantastic feeling and I really have Dan and the Kalm team to thank for that.

Plus I spent the last year bigging up the food and that crazy dessert to everyone so I had set a high standard to what our guests were expecting, safe to say, you smashed it.
