The Pop-Up Hotel X Kalm Kitchen

This year, we partnered with The Pop-Up Hotel to bring our mindful dining approach to two of the UK’s most iconic events: Glastonbury Festival and the Formula 1 British Grand Prix at Silverstone.

From a 24-hour à la carte restaurant to wholesome bites at The Garden Kitchen, our menus champion seasonal, sustainable produce and stay true to our ethos of making people feel genuinely cared for.

24-hour Fire Kitchen

At Glastonbury, festival-goers were treated to an exciting preview of our new food experiences. Taking centre stage was OFYR, the ultimate outdoor cooking solution. Blending form and function, OFYR’s fire-focussed design became the heart of The Garden Kitchen. Together, their expert team and our chefs curated a menu full of bold, fire-cooked flavours available around the clock throughout the weekend.

We also unveiled The Deli, a Glastonbury-exclusive food destination serving all-day dishes and snackable favourites.

Offering a casual walk-in, or takeaway experience with barista coffee, superfood bowls, smoothies, fresh daily deliveries from our local bakery and fresh sushi.
