With an eye for style, Jen our founder provides the creative flair that's at the heart of Kalm Kitchen. Her philosophy of exceeding people’s dreams is what sets the business apart, and she thrives on capturing a vision and bringing it to life. Jen’s personal approach shines throughout the close-knit team she has created.
Andrew
Andrew, our Managing Director trained as a chef over 25 years ago. He has a background as a leader in a range of businesses and has a natural ability to bring people together as a strong team. Andrew loves food when it is cooked for the glory of the ingredients.

Operations Director, Andy comes with a wealth of experience in the hospitality industry.
Oliver
Oli has a strong culinary background with over 15 years catering for premium private and corporate events. Oli's approach to food is to keep things simple but elegant, allowing the produce to shine, but above all bringing people together to create everlasting memories for the guests.
Guy
General Manager Guy, is friendly and approachable, and is experienced in all aspects of the wedding and events industry. When he isn't in the office you'll either find him at one of our events or on the golf course.

Dan is our Logistics Manager, looking after the smooth running of all our events.

Meet Matt. He is our kitchen supervisor, and with a vast military career, he transfers his leadership skills to look after the kitchen. With a love of food and a keen eye, nothing gets past him. You may also find him out at events helping wherever it’s needed
